Mrs. Alway has had extensive years of experience teaching nursing to undergraduate students.  She has taught by engaging students in on-campus classes, online courses, clinical experiences, and through simulated clinical settings. She has developed expertise over the years through work and personal experience. Recently, she co-facilitated the implementation of a Covid-19 era simulation grant project.
