I learned many skills such as programming, troubleshooting, and networking which helped me excel in the IT field. It especially helped me when I worked in a small department where I had various responsibilities requiring expertise in different topics. The greatest skill that I learned to practice and hone was definitely critical thinking and problem-solving.
