General Studies (B.S. & A.S.) Program

While there may be a variety of degrees to choose from, sometimes none of them fit what you want to do. A General Studies degree aims to give students a broad focused education and develop vital skills in critical thinking, effective communication, and knowledge in a variety of disciplines to benefit any chosen career path.

While you can follow the general studies courses, you can also choose to design your own program and pick courses that relate to what you want to do as a career. 

B.S. in General Studies
A B.S. in General Studies is a four-year flexible program that will help give you a strong foundation and more advanced study to help accomplish a specific degree.

A.S. in General Studies
An A.S. in General Studies is a two-year program that will prepare you for a career or to transfer into a bachelor’s degree program later.
