SWAU Hosts Free Health Expo

Forty-two local businesses will be represented at the 15th annual SWAU Nursing Department and Keene Chamber of Commerce Business Expo/Health Fair/Job Fair from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 25, at the Leiske-Pultar Gymnasium on the campus of Southwestern Adventist University. Admission is free and there will be something for all ages.

Southwestern Adventist University's Nursing and Kinesiology Departments are teaming up with the Keene Chamber of Commerce, along with the Keene Economic Development Corp., the Keene Business Development Corp. and the North Central Texas WorkForce Solutions for the event.

The event will include the business expo, a health fair, and activities such as a food court, free bounce houses and balloon animals, cooking demonstrations, free seminars on social security, basic finances, and wills and trusts. More information is listed below.
