What is it?
Project management is the process of leading the work of a team to achieve goals and meet success criteria at a specified time within the given constraints. The B.B.A. Project Management concentration is intended to provide students with key skills for project managers creating students who are able to take on a variety of project and program management tasks within an organization. By the end of their major students will be ready and confident to undertake the PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.

The objective of the program is help grads start a project management role upon completion with minimal onboarding. The median salary for Project Managers is $112,000.
