Pathways to Success

At Pathways to Success, we strive to prepare young professionals for Personal, Academic, and Career Success. 

It is our mission to give our students every resource and opportunity they need to succeed, which is why Pathways to Success offers a comprehensive program for students. Pathways to Success focuses on the three aspects the university experience: Academic, Experience, and Professional.

First Year Success

Each student is put into given a CORE Coach and have the opportunity to take our Freshmen course, Habits for Success. During their time in our First Year Success Program, students will be taught that habits they need to succeed. Along with given a CORE Coach to provide them the support they need during their first year at Southwestern. At Southwestern we are a family, which is why every first-year student is given a family group from the start of their journey at SWAU.

Career Success

Pathways to Success provides a variety of training and resources so that students have everything they need to succeed after college.
